Have an adult help you with setting a timer! Reading: 30 Go to Seesaw and complete the RIC Cause and Effect activity. Social Studies: 30 Use the instructions I sent via email to your parents to login to our online Social Studies Weekly Magazine. Select “Week 12 A New World” and read or listen to the first two sections/pages titled “A Little Perspective” and “Early American Colonies.” You can watch the videos and answer the multiple-choice questions if you wish! The best topics for a Narrative piece usually include: · A Personal Experience from your life. · Family Tales. · Interests/Hobbies. · Traveling/Vacations. · School life. · Something fun or scary. Now write your topic at the top of a piece of lined paper. Below your topic make a list of facts about your writing topic that include: Who, what, where, when, why and how. Use what you know about our past Social Studies units to create a Venn Diagram, (example below) that compares and contrasts your life to the life of an Early American.
